Hampton Inn and Homewood Suites Seaport Hotels are built.

(ca.) Architect: Perkins + Will. It is located at 660 Summer Street. The Hampton (245 rooms) and Homewood (166 rooms) share a lobby and parking garage. Ground was broken on the project on May 1, 2018.
